Research Interests
• Forensic archaeology: all aspects of this developing discipline,
but particularly the survival and longevity of fingerprints in
the buried environment.
• Mesoamerican archaeology: the Spanish conquest, the impact on
native cultures and how this is reflected in the archaeological
record.
Professional Skills:
• Analysis and interpretation of human and animal bone assemblages
• Forensic consultancy to police criminal investigation teams
• Editing of archaeological reports
